EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We are happy to accept unworn insoles in saleable condition for return or exchange within 90 days. To return items for refund or exchange:
- Place the insoles in the original shipping envelope, or any other envelope that will adequately protect the insoles (i.e. padded or hard card).
- Put a comment on the delivery note explaining if you would like a return or exchange. If it's exchange, do let us know what you would like us to send to you instead!
- Any questions, just email us at email@example.com
- Address the envelope to our London studio and send it to us at:

Purchased items are exchangable for a different style, size and/or colour. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. It is very important that you let us know exactly what you would like to exchange for so we can get them out to you as quickly as possible.
Your refund will be credited via the original payment method. Additional local country tax and duties will not be refunded.
Alice Bow quality guarantee
We work with small manufacturers in Italy and Spain to source the materials to produce high quality insoles. Leather is a natural product and can be expected to change over time (i.e. crease, lose colour). Our padding is high quality and can be expected to keep its bounce even after extensive wear.
If you believe your insoles have been damaged during transport or have manufacturing faults, please contact us as soon as you notice - firstname.lastname@example.org
